FCQ Partners was founded to address a critical challenge facing Australia’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs are vital to the nation’s economy, yet with nearly 40% of SME owners set to retire in the next decade, many businesses face an uncertain future without a clear succession plan.
